Once you've used the hand-helping, time-saving, two-finger scrolling and three-finger gestures on a MacBook, a standard Windows trackpad can feel kind of, well, dead. Here's how to get total. This is a completely free and curated Swipe File maintained by some of the top marketers in the world. Swipes include Pricing Structures, Sales Pages, Classic Advertisements, Restaurant Signage and even Billboards. Mac users have a number of software for reading PDFs. Choosing the best of the lot depends largely on your requirements. For reading PDFs, we recommend Skim and PDF Professional. Feels like a Mac app Microsoft moved fast to support Apple’s new operating systems this year, including the recent addition of support for use of Outlook (or Edge) as the default email client. Use one or more fingers on the surface of your trackpad to click, tap, slide, swipe, and more. For example, to move between pages of a document, swipe left or right with two fingers. To see all of the trackpad gestures you can use with your Mac, or to turn off or customize gestures, choose Apple menu System Preferences, then click Trackpad.

For whatever reason, Apple has left us early 2008 MacBook Pro users out in the dust again with 3-finger drag. You would have though they'd have learned their lesson with Snow Leopard, which finally brought 4-finger swipes to these computers.
What's weirder, is that if you go to their page, you'd find that the Early 2008 is no longer listed as one of the models to gain inertial scrolling, although if you install the update it enables inertial scrolling. There is a previous hint which enables the 3-finger drag, but it requires the update to be installed first. http://hints.macworld.com/article.php?story=20100813190955687
If I remember correctly, you have to install the update on these older computer manually. That might be part of it, or at least it adds to the weirdness. Or maybe I am remembering incorrectly.
Yup, we did, which isn't very nice. Thanks Apple.
Actually, you can redo the trick for 10.6.5 (and 10.6.6 combo). It uses new drivers for the trackpad.

Cool, I've been looking for something like this since I got my Magic Trackpad.
Unfortunately, when this setting is enabled it eliminates the 4-finger up/down gesture for Exposé. Grrr.
