If the notes are not syncing with iCloud correctly, you should try the following steps to solve the problem.
- Go to iPhone/iPad Settings > iCloud, and then see if the iPhone/iPad you wish to sync is logged on to same iCloud account.
- Restart your iPhone/iPad. (almost all of the known problems can simply be solved through this procedure)
- Check if your iPhone/iPad iOS is updated to the latest. We recommend to do so if not.
- Check if Awesome Note application is updated to the latest. We recommend to do so if not.
- Go to iPhone/iPad Settings > iCloud > iCloud Drive, turn off and then back on the option.
- Go to Awesome Note Settings > Sync > iCloud, turn off and then back on the option.
** If unable to sync due to iCloud service restrictions.
5 GB of iCloud storage is provided to those with Apple accounts.
You can check the usage at iPhone iPad Settings > iCloud, and if the storage unit is full furthermore syncing will be restricted.
To solve this problem go to iPhone/iPad Settings > iCloud > Storage, and buy more storage or go to iPhone/iPad Settings > iCloud > Storage > Manage storage, and manage the storage usage.

If the notes are not syncing with Evernote correctly, you should try the following steps to solve the problem.
There may some mismatching data found though syncing with Evernote was successful.
In this case the problem can be solved through 'Repair Sync'.
Go to Awesome Note Settings > Sync > Turn on Evernote
Go to Awesome Note Settings > Sync > Evernote > Repair Sync
** If unable to sync due to Evernote service restrictions.
Complementary service of Evernote basic has got monthly restrictions of traffic limit of 60 MB and note size limit of 25 MB per one note.
normally a note containing less than 5000 words will be uploaded without any trouble. if a note contains more than 5000 words syncing can be restricted. Opening a bigger sized file may slow the application down and can cause trouble editing.
Info : To wish to avoid any related troubles you may want to try out Evernote premium service.
Sometimes notes can be duplicated while restoring backed up data or when you switch syncing service from one to another.
With iCloudUnfortunately with iCloud duplicated notes should be organized manually.
After both devices are completely synced, delete all the duplicated notes on either one of the device then sync remaining device to finish organizing.
With EvernoteAfter both devices are completely synced, go to Awesome Note Settings > Sync > Evernote > Repair Sync on one of the device to organize.
If above procedure does not remove duplicated notes, it should be organized manually.
After both devices are completely synced, delete all the duplicated notes on either one of the device then sync sync remaining device to finish organizing.
When two devices are synced, it is normal for editing and deleting in one device will result the same on the other.
If you delete a note in one device then sync with other device after some time, before deleted notes will suddenly disappear due to syncing and it is likely to cause confusion of notes deleted without you doing so.
If not the case, problem regarding deleted notes can be solved by followings.

Matter of iCloud syncing errors
There is a known problem of all the note data suddenly disappearing when syncing right after changing iCloud account information or right after application updates due to iCloud not being ready enough.
In this case waiting some time will bring all the disappeared notes back from iCloud but will take a long time since all the notes need to be re-downloaded. This particular problem is iCloud's error and is impossible to detect in advance making the problem very hard to prevent.
If this problem occurs, stop all the work you were doing and patiently wait with Wi-Fi connection for the problems to be solved naturally.
Do not delete the application when this problem occurs since it might actually result in deleting all of the note data beyond repair.
Matter of Evernote syncing errors
Evernote might crash when multiple devices delete or edit notes at the same time.
When this problem occurs Evernote makes a crash folder and move all the related notes into it.
When the note is moved to a crash folder, that particular note will be deleted from other device's Awesome Note application.
In this case you can restore the original notes back to Awesome Note from Evernote's web page or Evernote PC application.
Trouble shooting for notes disappearing in Evernote
While syncing, user mistakes, service malfunction and some other unknown problems might result in notes disappearing which can be restored by approaching Evernote's trash folder where all deleted notes are stored.
Awesome Note Mac版
- Go to Evernote webpage and access your account.
- Find trash folder on the left menu.
- Select a note you wish and restore.
- Check if restored note is going into a folder synced to Awesome Note.
- Sync through Awesome Note.
First check if datas are appearing on iOS calendar and reminder.
If not go to iPhone/iPad Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars, and then see if the account is configured correctly.
If the account is configured, turn on aNote in
iPhone/iPad Settings > Privacy > Calendars
iPhone/iPad Settings > Privacy > Reminders
Info : If your events or reminders still aren't showing up, try turning your phone off and back on.
You can add your Google account to iPhone/iPad to sync Google Calendar.
Go to iPhone/iPad Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account, and then choose Google logo to add Google account.
After adding Google account, sync Google Calendar and you can view your Google Calendar's data on Awesome Note calendar.

If you do not wish to manage Calendar events and Reminders on Awesome Note, change the settings following procedures under.
Turn off aNote in
iPhone/iPad Settings > Privacy > Calendars
iPhone/iPad Settings > Privacy > Reminders
Go to iPhone/iPad Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Sync, and then set the period of your choice to display the previous events.
First check if to-do note's alarm is set properly.
Note that if you have turned on 'Do not disturb' mode on your iPhone/iPad, you will not receive any alarms.
If notification is not set on your iPhone/iPad settings, go to iPhone/iPad Settings > Notifications > aNote, and then turn on allow notifications.
Application update is Apple App Store's own rights which developers cannot interfere with.
Sometimes application updates can be blocked due to app store connection errors or user network failures. In the case we recommend to try again later with solid Wi-Fi connection.
If the problem continues, try restarting the device or download the application using iTunes then sync with your iPhone/iPad.
While running the application, sudden exit to iPhone/iPad home screen is a sign of app crashing.
This can be resolved simply by restarting your device.
If you have never synced the note data before, you should never delete the application upon it's crashing since deleting the app it self will result in losing all of the saved notes.
Awesome Note For Mac Catalina
You can backup entire notes and folders from your device to your PC.
Go to Awesome Note Settings > Advanced > Backup & Restore, and then touch 'Create a new backup' to create a backup file.
Connect to iTunes, go to Awesome Note document list then click the back up file on the right to download and store it to your PC.

Application developers cannot interfere with any type of user account related features.
Everything related to the account should be done by the users themselves. Using iTunes approach app store and find purchase list menu on the right corner. Click to manage the purchase list though the deleting is impossible but can be hidden.
Your passcode will be emailed to your designated email address when touching 'forgot your passcode?' after putting in wrong passcodes more than 5 times.
If you didn't set a designated email address when setting upon passcode, we are sorry to inform you that there is no other way to retrieve your lost passcode.
At the moment we only provide Korean lunar calendar.
If your Language & Region is not set to Korean and South Korea, go to Awesome Note Settings > Advanced > lunar(Korean) and turn it on to use lunar calendar in anniversary note.
After making anniversary note, go to anniversary info then turn on lunar(Korean) to set the lunar date.
Mac Notes App
Awesome Note does not provide PC or web version, however syncing with Evernote you can view and edit Awesome Note's notes by through Evernote's PC/web version.
